Swedish depressive metallers Shining are already a metal institution due to their fantastic discography, and due to their violent and (self-)destructive shows. They’re also black metal’s depressive and suicidal pioneers, a status that Niklas Kvarforth and the band itself earned when he formed Shining back in 1996 while only 13 years old. So, this band doesn’t need a huge presentation as history speaks for itself. Without more delays, Shining have just release the brand new “IX – Everyone, Everything, Everywhere, Ends”, via Season Of Mist, and I can assure you that this album will be love or hate at first sight.
